All orders are shipped within 1–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

All orders are shipped from Russia and usually arrive in the EU, America, Australia and Asia 10–40 days after processing.

Due to COVID-19 situation shipping can take slightly longer than usual. Please take this into consideration when making the order.

NB Due to the international political conflict and sanctions we temporally cannot deliver packages to Australia, Finland, New Zealand, Poland, Ukraine.

Each order is packaged as thoughtfully as possible, it will be shipped with recorded mail and you will be provided with tracking code right away.

All shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has shipped. Once the package leaves Russia, it is the foreign carrier’s liability for time in transit and delivery. If a package is lost after it leaves Russia it is the responsibility of the carrier at that point. Please let me know if this happens and I will help you navigate the situation in any way I can.

If your order is completed with an incorrect address and you realise it quickly, just let me know as soon as possible and I will correct it before the package is shipped. If a package is lost or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can discuss reshipment options and new payment arrangements.
